My Pin Keep Swap!

I entered Wendy's, Ravenwood Whimzies, Pin Keep Swap again! I'm new to making these little jewels and I'm loving it! I got Cyndy of Crafty Stitchers as my partner and WHOOP, WHOOP got me some cuties from her!

You can go over to Crafty Stitchers and check out what I sent her.....but I'll also show you here!

I LOVED making this sweet little thing! I got the original mouse pattern from Kim at Old Road Primitives (ORP). I got some of my ideas from Carol over at Buttermilk Creek Farm. Carol makes WONDERFUL Meeces!

Here's my little Tillie!

Tillie the Cheesemaker! She doesn't waste time with mouse traps!

I placed the pin cushion in the basket but you could always stick more in Tillie.....OUCH!!!

I have a couple of these boxes just sitting around. This could be used for 'extra' storage!

Her tail is made from jute.

SO MUCH FUN! I've got one more on my table to finish. Not even sure how much something like this would sell for so I'll have to research my Prim friends on Etsy.

Speaking of Prim friends, the fabulous OFG Team, Old Farmhouse Gathering) is launching a new celebration on Monday! WONDERFUL new creations from our super talented Team! You might want to stop by and read our Funny Bunny Springtime story that some of us made up! It's to be continued until Easter!

I'll link up the picture on my right sidebar come Monday and show you some more goodies,  so.....

Stay Tuned!!!!

My Mother's Day Weekend!

Good Monday morning Friends!

I'm up and 'at 'em' this morning! I've cleaned carpets and have 3 loads of laundry already finished and half folded! A 'Tornado' blew through my house over the weekend and I've given up on those ever-so-elusive cleaning Fairies!

I hope you had a lovely Mother's Day weekend. Here's mine in a nutshell!

We, the twins and I, spent the morning organizing toys and getting rid of unwanted items.

I was able to go out on Friday and pick up some Closet Maid Storage tools from Target.

I picked up 2 of these in the Oak color and the little canvas bins that go with them. I let the kids pick out there colors which were no surprise: pink for Anna Belle and green for Tate.Organizing and cleaning took up most of our day and I spent the remaining afternoon hours letting them swim and then catching the last 2 episodes of "Lost" on NetFlix. WOW. How appropriately named was that TV show? I did receive a SWEET surprise from our eldest: TJ.

He sent me this!

I was so excited to receive it that I forgot to take a photo of my own. This is from the 'Edible Arrangements' website. We're lucky enough to have one near us! The other '2' phoned me with 'I Love You's' on Sunday. I also received a call from my beloved early Sunday morning.......sigh.......just made me miss him more.

I received a sweet Giveaway win from Cyndy over at Crafty Stitchers that I wanted to share with you.

I sat her beside my 'Candy Cane Annie' from Sandy at The Olde Country Cupboard.

She seems to be content and happy! Thank you AGAIN, Cyndy!!

Our wonderful Gals over at the OFG Team have put together another celebration for us!

We'll be launching it this week so look for another announcement from me and our great Artisan team members!!!

As always......

Stay Tuned!

Mother's Day Giveaway WINNER!

Good morning Blogging Friends!!

What a beautiful day to wake up to but then again I think most days are! Every-once-in-a-while I'll get up on the 'wrong' side of the bed and wish it wasn't morning. I'm sure we've all had those kinds of days. It's already 70 degrees here at 8:00 a.m. with a promise to reach 91 degrees. I'm already 'hot' thanks to age- related drama so the high temps aren't necessary, however, obviously beyond my control. So, I sit with AC and fans running........on HIGH!!

I finished up my Watermelon Slices yesterday...........

.............and my last Teacher's Apple..........

Both can be found in my Etsy shop (look on my right sidebar).

I've got a WINNER for my Mother's Day Giveaway!

CONGRATULATIONS

to CAROL, The Firecracker Kid!!

THANK YOU one and all for entering my Giveaway! I sure do appreciate your kind comments and support!

I need to go and find some more Giveaways to enter. I just won an Angel Doll from Cyndy of Crafty Stitchers the other day from her FB page and I can't wait until it arrives! Of course I'll share a photo or two with you!!

My sewing machine is out today and I'm finishing up some of my own dolls. Can't wait to show you these primsy little girls of mine!!

Hoping your day is filled with glorious sunshine and rainbows!

As always, STAY TUNED!!
