Hurricane Matthew 'came and went' here in my neck o' the woods. Lots of wind and yard debris and a few loose Pool screen panels. All in all, we were good. CANNOT believe that we never lost power! We ALWAYS lose power in a Thunderstorm so I'm quite amazed and VERY thankful. Our son had to evacuate from his condo near Jax Beach. He was very lucky as there was only minimal water damage to a downstairs bathroom. All of the other surrounding condos were wind and water damaged with loss to much of the windows/interiors. His condo sits up a bit higher which saved him. Again, we are all very thankful!

Because of the 'downtime' during the storm, I was able to take care of a few more crafts from the bottomless UFO bin!

A bit cooler in temps here so we're happy! Looking forward to cutting back on the AC.
